I just purchased EZD2 and I’m getting nowhere fast.
I’m continually having the CPU overload error coming up to the point where I can’t even record more than 4 bars of a track.
In System Usage the CPU lingers around 16-20% (depending on how many processors I select) while PT is idle (no playback or recording). When I record a track the CPU will push from 20 to 80% and then I’ll get the error and sometimes PT will crash.
I’ve come to the realization that it’s EZD2 that’s causing this. I took an imported MIDI track from EZD2 and pointed it to the Xpand drum library and PT runs smooth.
