EZDrummer 1 gives me invalid serial number on new PC

I’m trying to get EZDrummer1 set up on a new machine. Same windows key (windows 7). I get through everything but when I use the vst in reaper I have to reauthorize.

 

When I put in my serial number as it asks me to I get a message that the serial number is invalid. It wants 24 characters and my serial number is 20. I need to use it this weekend and I’m a but annoyed. Any help is appreciated.

The serial number is used only once to register the product to your Toontrack account.
Once registered, EZDrummer can be installed on
and authorized on 2 computers simultaneously.
Authorization of a Toontrack product license does not involve use of the serial number.

PS. All of the steps listed above can be (most easily) done via the Toontrack Product Manager.
