EZDrummer 1.2.1 will not update

I’m told the product to update is either not there (it is) or is not the right verison (1.2.0).

BTW 1.2.0 runs just fine in my DAW.

I believe I need to uninstall and reinstall. However I only have the 1.1.1 install disk and have sadly (due to hard drive failure) lost all updates between 1.1.1 and 1.2.1.

How can I either reslove this how exactly do I uninstall and reinstall EZDrummer?
 
BTW EZDrummer does not appear in the Control Panel.

Hi,

something is definitely strange if EZdrummer is not among your Add/Remove programs.
I would try to re-install with the Full Download installer available in your Toontrack account (big red ‘PC’) button.

Next, try to run the update.

I bought the ezdrummer upgrade it worked fine in ezdrummer lite when I installed the upgrade it will not drag and drop no matter what I try
