In EZ Drummer 2 I could add the VST to a project in most DAWs (Ableton, Cubase, Studio One) on a Windows 11 computer, save the project, and then open the same project on a Macbook with the same DAW and the EZD2 VST would work just fine. However, when using EZ Drummer 3 the VST can’t be loaded by the project (despite the DAW). This has happened on all 3 listed DAWs, and I get the same result if I create a new project on the Macbook and open it on the Windows 11 computer or vice versa. However, the VST3 is installed and recognized by the DAW (for that device/platform) and all I have to do to fix it is drop the VST3 over the top of the existing one and replace it. So, will EZ Drummer 3’s VST3 not work the same way EZD2’s VST did? Thanks!
