EZD3 + Reaper (WIN10) Grid Editor timeline one half beat ahead

Hello, just got EZD3 and it’s great. When using it with Reaper (latest version) the timeline feedback is one half beat ahead. The playback is correct but the visual feedback is not. Super weird. I just tried with Bitwig and it works correctly in there.

Does anybody else had this issue? Any ideas to resolve it?

Right Click on your Track> Track Performance Options > Prevent Anticipative FX.
