EZD3 EZdrummer 2 Modern Graphics not loading

Hi, I upgraded from EZD2 to EZD3 and I am getting an error when switching kits to EZDrummer 2 Modern.  I get this error:

“Graphics for EZdrummer 2 Modern cannot be loaded properly.  Please reinstall EZdrummer 3.”

I have reinstalled the EZdrummer 3 upgrade, EZdrummer 2 Core Library EZX and I am still having this issue.  Note: this does not occur when switching to the EZdrummer 2 Vintage kit.

Anyone else having this issue? On Windows 10.

I have exactly the same issue but for the EZD3 bright room. Toontrack support have declined to respond thus far.
