Someone can correct me if I’m wrong. I played with this months ago with an earlier version. There is some sort of calibration issues with dragging stuff around with certain actions in Studio One. You’ll notice it’s consistently off. So try to memorize how off it is and drag to offset it. I’m not sure if this is a TT issue or a Studio One issue, I assume one of the companies will take care of it at some point. At one point you seemingly couldn’t drag a file into Bandmate, unless you dragged it lower than the Bandmate dropzone as an example.

    Hi all…

When using ezd3 as a plugin in my DAW (Studio One 4), the drag and drop feature seems to be wonky.  If I try to drag a groove from the groove window down to the timeline and place it where the cursor is located (at a certain bar), the groove does not go where I drug it.   It always ends up a few bars to the right, requiring me to drag it over on the timeline to where I wanted it to be.  This behavior does not happen in the ezd3 standalone version.   Could it have something to do with my mouse settings, or is there a preference I’m missing in ezd3 settings?   Cant figure it out,  and it has really slowed down my workflow.

    Any ideas or thoughts?

    Thanks!

Edit:  The drag and drop function works fine with EZBass and EZKeys in Studio One

    Hi there,

As @shootie indicated, it may have been addressed in an update. If you are really still on EZD3 V3.0.1, try updating to the latest RC 3.0.4 and see if it is resolved.

I only have rigs with Studio One V5 and V6 on them, so I can’t test it out here.

    Hello,

It’s up and running now… thought it might have been a corrupted song but it affected all songs.

The fix:   Update to the latest ezd 3.04 software.  That’s problem solving 101 that I neglected…duh!

Anyway, things are working properly for now… thanks again for your help.
