I have a Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1 and when i use GarageBand and look under Plug Ins I get Toontrack and EZMix but I don’t get EZD3? Any help would be appreciated.
Hi,
if you see EZmix, you are looking for EZdummer 3 in the wrong place.Make sure you have created a MIDI Instrument Track and look for EZdrummer 3 under AU Instruments

John:
Thanks for the quick response. I did as you suggested and was able to see EZD3, thanks! However, EZD3 still doesn’t “load”, see the screenshot that’s what i get. Any other suggestions?
The reply above worked for me too.
Would you know can I use Toontrack midi maps to control other drum software like native instruments abbey road drums?
Thanks

EZdrummer version: 3.0.1
Operating system: macOS Sonoma (14)
Please visit your Garageband Settings and make sure this is un-checked:

Well, you can Enable MIDI Out for the EZdrummer 3 plug-in (MIDI Out Settings) but I don’t think the Abbey Road MIDI layout is exactly the same, though it generally matches.
