EZD3 dead in Pro Tools 2023.6 – Standalone is working fine

EZD3 has become completely unresponsive in Pro Tools. On initialising the plugin, the loading screen appears but it goes no further. Close the plugin window, reopen it and a half loaded drumkit is now visible. Drums can be selected (highlighted) but most of the UI is dead. No text menus can be selected.

I have tried an uninstall, restart, reinstall etc but nothing is working. All out of the blue. Oddly, the standalone version is still working fine.

Operating system: Windows 11

Hi Mark! We have been trying to reproduce the issue on Windows 11 and the latest Pro Tools version 2023.6.0. So far we haven’t been able to get the UI to behave as you describe.

Have you updated your graphics card drivers to the latest version?
