EZD2 – no authorization screen, no computer id

This is an upgrade from EZD 1. It says my product has been registered. EZD2 not showing up. I watched the Authorization video. I installed the software twice, no authorization screen, no computer ID. Please help. Thanks.

Hi,

what do you mean with not showing up? Are you using a DAW and try to find the plugin or are you not finding the Standalone?
Is EZdrummer 1 still present?
I can see that you downloaded the Full EZdrummer 2 product version 2.0.2 but not the 2.1.1 update. Please download and run the update as well.
