EZD2 moving drum parts in Cubase 8

Hello there:

I recently upgraded to EZD2 from the original. I’m working on a score and have decided to change the arrangement such that I need to move the drum composition forward in time. In Cubase I selected the EZD2 track, the Select All on Track, then used the Move to function. The midi arrangement moves ahead in time, but the drum audio will not play back. Any ideas?

Hi,

do you mean that if you just open the song, it plays back correctly but when you slide the arrangement it doesn’t?

Hi John,

Yes, exactly. When I open the song it works fine. If I move the part, it will not play back. If I undo the move, it will not play back. If I close the session and re-open, it plays back fine, but in the original position only. Once it’s been moved there is no EZD2 sound on playback.
