    Hi,

    please try the following:

Open Finder and click ‘Go’ in the Menu, then hold ‘Alt/Option’ so that the ‘Library’ entry become visible and click it.
Next, go to ‘Application Support/Toontrack/EZdrummer’ and delete MidiDB, MidiDB_fav, MidiDB-shm, MidiDB-wal (if they exist). Expand the ‘OnlineMidi’ folder and do the same.

Next launch EZdrummer 2 standalone and check the version number in the interface.

When I Open the stand alone and click on the interface, the “About EZDrummer” is “Greyed out” I’m unable to click on it.

My authorization page was there and I tried to authorize it again, which before wouldn’t work, and somehow it did this time!!

Please let me know if I have to replace anything that I’ve deleted (if it will effect the program) and how to do so.

Thank you for your help so far! Much appreciated!

One More problem, when I try to open up the plug-in in Garageband it asks for authorization and says authorization failed. Any Ideas?

    Hi,

are you able to launch standalone but not the plugin?
Please download and run the 2.1.1 update available in your Toontrack account on the updates tab.

Ive tried to re-download and installing the Update 3 different times. Even tried restarting and the same result “Authorization failed, contact support.” . It authorized in the Stand alone but not in my DAW. This is super frustrating, Ive never had so much trouble with an install of a program in the past and for the money you’d think it wouldn’t be so trouble some.
