i am using studio one pro 2 as my daw and when i goto instruments, under ezd2 2 there is vst and au. whats the difference? iMac computer, by the way.
Two different formats of the same thing. AU is a Mac format. Vst is more PC but most hosts can use either on a Mac.

Are you having bad results now? Studio one can use both VST or AU plugins. I don’t know which you are using. Do you have the path to plugins in Studio One set to the VST location or the AU location?
