EZD1 and reaper trouble

Hello. I’ve been using reaper and EZD1 for a while now and I recently lost my old computer so I had to redownload everything and I’m having trouble trying to get EZdrummer to work in reaper. I put the dll file in the plugin folders and the interface will load but it says it can’t find the sounds… I tried putting the whole folder in the plug in folder and it does the same exact thing. Someone please help because I miss recording

I’m more than sure I downloaded the whole product and all the updates… It will load the drummer interface but it says it can’t find the sounds…

Are you running your computer as Administrator? Please give us more details about your system including OS version.

Yes I am running as admin and I’m usiing windows 7, reaper 64 bit

It looks like you are running the 32-bit version of EZD bridged in the 64-bit version of Reaper. Have you installed the 64-bit version of EZD and set the path in Reaper to load that 64-bit version? Using the bit-bridge is not recommended.

I can’t seem to find the 64bit version of ezdrummer…..

the 64-bit version Default installs to:
‘C:Program FilesVstpluginsToontrack’

It isn’t there. Is there a link you can give me? All it does it download the 32bit version

In the Updates section of your EZD product there is the 1.4.0 update. It contains both 32-bit and 64-bit updates.

Awesome I got it! One last question… I have the metal machine expansion kit… How do I pull that up through reaper?

You can select EZXs from the EZX menu.
