When choosing the multi output in EZD (and in its mixer) , there is the “+” symbol at the bottom of the chosen channel strip in Logic that is supposed to create output stereo out busses for each separate drum.
This doesn’t work for me.
EZD still play through output 1 and 2, When selecting the + button, a bus channel gets created, but doesn’t seem to be connected to the original ezd strip. And pressing + again, nothing happens.
This should make outputs for each drum.
Read somewhere i had to delete some preferences and then run Audio Units Manager…
I have updated, re-installed EZD. Still i can’t get the multi out option in Logic.
Therefore i guess there’s something i’ve got to tweak in Logic.
Anyone got any suggestions?
Thanx
J

Hi,
did you run the AU Manager and select EZdrummer for a Reset & Rescan?

Hi.
Yep, i’ve resetted/rescanned. Everything seems ok according the AU Manager. Still the multi out doesn’t work.
As mentioned, i read somewhere (in another forum) about someone who solved this problem in Logic 8.0.2 with something about removing some preference files and a reset/rescan in Audio Unit Manager.
It didnt mention in details how to do this though…
This person referred to the Toontrack forum, as where he found the solution.
I cant seem to find it anywhere around here though 🙁
