Hi,
I have just downloaded EZ Drummer, because of my windows 7 I could not install it from the CD, and when I open the downloaded EZD file, I get the following message: “format::zip::archive exception: cannot locate the end header” and the nothing happens.
I have no idea how to fix this, so that I can finally install and use my EZD.
Anyone who knows how to fix this?
That error is most likely the result of a corrupt download. You may need to use a dedicated download manager.

I can’t recommend any specifically but you could try a Google search for one.

I’ll try that, but how does a dedicated manager work?
Could it work if I just downloaded the same file again?
EDIT: Downloading the file again gave the same result…
Please follow Scott’s advice, I used the EZdrummer download myself on my Win7 partition and it worked.
I downloaded the archive on a Mac though, so I can’t recommend a manager.
Best Regards,
John

Hi John
Did you use a dedicated download manager when you downloaded EZ Drummer? And if so, which one did you use? Any one you can recommand?
No, I downloaded it via Firefox on a Mac and transferred the file to the PC.
Sorry, can’t be of any better help…
