I just purchased a new computer and I’m trying to install all my programs. I can’t download the installation for EZD in order to install all of the other upgrades I have bought from Toontracks.
Please advise.

What are you having trouble with? Can you see the EZD2 product on your My Products page? Can you click on the full product download but it doesn’t download? Does the download fail partway through?

Thanks for getting back to me so soon.
I can’t download any full version of EZD. Back in the day I bought EZD that came with a cd, also DFH with cd, and have recently upgraded to EZD2.
So no, I can’t download full versions, that is the exact problem trying to get my new computer up and running.
Please advise.

at the moment you can experience problems when downloading connected to the previously announced upgrade and move of servers.

But will the answer above solve the issue with no full version of EZD1 and DFH available on my profile? I need EZD1 full version in order to use the add-ons I have purchased. Also DFH full version.

was your original EZDrummer1 purchase registered to a different login or Toontrack account?
Perhaps you could clarify exactly what or why you are unable to download updated installers and patches from your account.
I only ask because I still have a full EZD1 download available under my account; version 1.40 ( MAC: 546MB, PC: 522MB) and multiple updates.
