Have you checked the file path in EZD Settings – > Advanced?

    • what version of EZDrummer?
    • what version of Pro Tools?
    • were there any custom deviation(s) from the standard installation of EZDrummer or Pro Tools?
    • did you install the AAX version of EZDrummer?
    • can you confirm that the EZDrummer plugin exists in the following location:
      (Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plug-ins)
    • does EZDrummer run in standalone?
    • has EZDrummer ever run in Pro Tools? if so, what changes were made since then?
    • what hardware are running?
    • how much RAM?

What version of Pro Tools is it that you need to enable Rosetta? Are you able to load 64-bit AAX plugins?

As well, did you check your /Library/Audio/Plug-ins to see if there is an AAX version of EZ Drummer 3? If it is not there, then you may have to re-run the installer and select Customize
