I’ve had EZD 2 for a few years and use it in conjunction with Reaper. I have always been able to change the tempo in the EZD2 GUI however recently I have not been able to do so. No matter what I do, midi will only play at the assigned default tempo. I am using Reaper v5.11 (most recent) as the DAW.
When I change the tempo in the EZD2 interface, no changes apply. Even using the tempo slider doesn’t work. I select follow host, change the tempo in Reaper and it still plays at the default tempo. The only way I can hear an EZD midi in a tempo other the default is to drag it into the DAW and play it there.
Is there a setting that I need to check? I don’t think it’s related to Reaper as I have the same issue using the stand-alone version.
