ezbass update will not update

I need to update Ezbass . when I click on the update it goes through the motions but will not update. Any suggestions?

Have you copied or moved the .dll since it was originally installed?

Let me check might be the problem. Having a problem with ugritone Impulse responses also will not play the effects could be the same problem.  Thanks
