EZBass triggering midi note two semitones higher when note plays at 127 velocity

I’m using the latest version of EZBass, and the new Progressive Metal EBX.

I’ve run into an issue where playing a some notes at 127 velocity triggers a note two semi tones higher, thus bringing EZBass out of tune. Is anyone else experiencing this?
