Hi support and fellow users!
After spending several hours figuring out every detail about all the keyswitches (including the non-documented ones) in EZbass I am very happy with the results I can get.
E. g. having Repeater keys AND Keyswitches for last note, string stop and ghost notes is pretty neat – well done, Toontrack! (Again 🙂 )
There are only these keyswitches I couldn’t figure out for sure:
- C#-1 “AT Pitch Enable”: I assume this is Pitch Bend by AfterTouch, so vibrato could be applied manually. But I can’t find any alteration in tone when using this KS and aftertouch (Arturia KeyLab 61 Mk II). What is this KS for and how does it work?
- F-1 “Fret Down” (G-1 “Fret Up”): When holding F#0 down, holding a note and then pressing F-1 (G-1), this slides down (up) one fret. The sound is the same as holding F#0, playing a note and then playing the semitone below (above). I guess this is only used internally by EZbass and can’t be used by the user. Am I correct?
Thank you for your help!
Andi
