EZBass not working in MainStage 3

I purchased EZBass today. It is working in standalone mode as well as in my DAW Logic Pro X, however it doesn’t work in MainStage 3 ver 3.4.4. I get a message that “Audio device inactive, check your audio device”. I have 2 other tracks in the MainStage Concert, one with EZKeys and other with EZDrummer, both of which are working normally while EZBass doesn’t. I tried reinstalling EZBass and yet the problem continues. Can someone tell me how to resolve the problem.

Operating system: macOS Catalina (10.15)

I’m really disappointed with the product I purchased (EZbass)
Does not work on logic pro X (new version)
Does not work well with mainstage 3

I request to cancel the transaction and please return the money to me
Or you will find me a solution
I understand how many more of your customers have the same problem
