Hi all,
I can create bass lines by using my DAW midi editor or the EZbass midi editor, but they are different.
The EZBass midi editor offers great bass specific effects and playing style, that I don’t find in Cubase midi editor.
Therefore, I started to edit in EZBass midi editor but then of course, when I tried to import the midi information in Cubase, it plays differently as Cubase doesn’t seem to be able to interpret the slides & the other specific bass playing effects.
How do you guys manage that?
Do I have keep everything in the VST instrument and then mixdown / export like that without never importing things in the DAW?
I just use the EZbass editor. I can’t find a benefit of using the Cubase editor instead.
