    Hi,

Please attach the crash log that you get with “Save Log” there.

Does it crash when you start dragging (moving) the note which is selected in the screenshot? Or how are you trying to adjust the slide?

Could you save an EZbass project where the crash can be reproduced, please?

I am having a similar issue with adjusting slide articulations. OI am on Monterey 12.6.7 and Pro Tools Studio 2023.6. Had the crash issue but  also loose contact with my keyboard spacebar for start/stop function. Been working with Pro Tool to find out if the issues are something on their end, but after literally hours of support, no solution yet. Will let you know what I find out from them tomorrow. If there is a bug in EZbass, please let me know the solution.

Sorry for delayed reply. I got rid of that session and started a new one. It crashes when I try and adjust the slide position – the part which is selected (highlighted) in the attached screen shot. I have also tried to attached the session file its self as requested but it says I am not allowed to upload that kind of file here?  I have  3 different Protools crash logs (it is reproducible and therefore happened the same way the 2nd & 3rd time) but the files are too big to upload here. Do you have another way I can send them to you?

Sorry, our “file request service” was not working but I see this has been handled now in a support ticket

In case someone else gets the same crash, a workaround is to first merge the two MIDI blocks that the slide will be in.

Doesn’t help in Ableton. Crashes every time when trying to adjust the note it’s suppose to slide to.

I meant merge the blocks before you create the slide. If you already created the slide and see that it goes into another block, undo, merge and make the slide again.
