Hi. Bought EZ1 after April 6 and was told that I would get the EZ2 upgrade free but it is not in my products…It says unauthorized. Do I have to update ez1 first to 1.3.3 before it shows up?
Also when I do the EZ2 update is it a 64bit or 32 bit for my machine? I have windows 7 64 bit but I am using pro tools 9 which is 32 bit?

From our end, there is a ‘EZdrummer 2 Upgrade’ in your account. You need to download it, unzip it, and install it. If you are running 32-bit Pro Tools, you need to install the 32-bit version. If you want to use EZdrummer 2 in standalone mode (or another 64-bit host) you can also install the 64-bit version (if you OS is 64-bit).

same problem here. i had update on a couple of my EZX but no update showing for EZ Drummer 2 (i currently use version 2.0.0)
