I was using multiple instances of EZ1 when I wanted to layer e.g. snare. I just noticed that I cannot do it with EZ2. Only the uppermost instance is active. I use Reaper as a host. Should it work or is there any other way to layer drums?
missed your post. Well, it seems we can’t just yet post screen shots. Are you saying that you could have several instances of EZdrummer on the same instrument track but in different slots and that it worked as layering? It seems like it shouldn’t be possible. I would have 2 different tracks sending the same MIDI to both.
Yes, that’s just what I’ve done. I actually had sometimes something like ten slots of EZD1 open simultanously and it worked.
However, I think that I can live with multiple different tracks too.
