    Hi,

are you using the Product Manager Application to download and install?

EZmix 3 does not have any sound library so the external sound library drive wouldn’t matter in this case.

OK and where exactly in the process do you get this error message? Would it be possible to provide screen capture?

I went through everything tonight and figured out the issue.  I had a port repaired on my computer and they wiped my system. I had backed up my system and reinstalled everything.  It looks like the Ez Mix core pack was not reinstalled. When I installed it and pointed it to download to the correct drive the update finally installed and allowed me to direct it to the same drive and stopped the error. I appreciate your time and trying to assist.
