ez mix packs will not authorize

purchased 2 guitar packs for ez mix in the September sale however they will not authorize despite being installed

No just states unable to authorize , try again , if still no luck contact support ,tried many times

If you click “Show Details” under the product in the Product Manager, go to the “Authorizations” tab and click Authorize, does this work?
