EZ Keys Manual

Does anyone know of a manual for EZ Keys? I found the YouTube videos that go over the basic plugin but I can’t find a product manual for EZ Keys.

you have access to it by clicking the ‘Menu’ in the upper right corner of the plugin.

That does not work for my installation. Cannot access operations manual or music theory manual. Please help.

Hi,

are you using the Standalone or plugin?
Which version number is displayed in the lower right of the interface?

Do you get any kind of error message?

Have you tried re-installing the latest update?

I have EZkeys 1.3 (64bit) I’m currently using it with Logic X 5.1. Please can you explain what the link symbol is for – to the right of the Editor and why this top line section is grayed out. Is this area only active in stand alone operation?

Hi Anthony,

there should be a PDF called ‘EZkeys Operation Manual.pdf’ installed with EZkeys on your computer. This PDF is what should be opened when you click the ‘MENU’ in the upper right-hand corner of the EZkeys interface and then ‘Operational Manual’.

I dont get the manual or the music theory pdf open via the menu. Where is it usually located on a windows machine ?

it should be in the ‘C:\Program Files\Toontrack\EZkeys’ folder, is it there?

Hi, thanks for the message. No I only have the EZKeys64 application in that folder. Which is proably why nothing happens when I click on the manual via the menu.

Any way I can get it back / reinstall ?

And Searching your C:\ drive for ‘EZkeys Operation Manual.pdf’ doesn’t come up with any hits?

The Documentation is included in the latest EZkeys Player Software update, so installing the update should work.
