EZ KEYS DOES NOT RECOGNISE SCARLET 616 INTERFACE

Recently purchased ezkeys, installed software got it up and running as plug in on Reason 9.5

All working well as plug in and stand alone and output through scarlaet all ok

I purchased 3 Ezkey midi packs and installed them now Ezkeys will not recognise interface, when usb connected will not play once usb removed will play through pc built in speakers only

can any body help its doing my head in

You may have already done this, but I know when I take my PC out of the studio and disconnect my USB I have to manually change the audio settings in the EZ keys stand-alone interface back & forth every time between those drivers and the internal speaker settings.
