EZ Keys and Acid Pro

I am putting EZ keys on my laptop 6gb memory and trying to use it in
acid pro 7 daw. Acid pro is not recognizing it. when I first got both acid 7 and ezkeys last week- I installed it on my
home pc and it opened together- very easy to insert ezkeys as a soft synth but on my laptop its not giving me the option at all.
I love this program and hope this is something I can resolve. Any ideas… it just does not appear in the soft synth list no matter how many
times I reset and try to rescan.

Hi,

which OS are you using?
Are you running in 32-bit or 64-bit?
Have you installed both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of EZkeys?
Are you sure your version of Acid Pro picks up the correct version of EZkeys?

Hey John- running a 64 bit windows 10 …. just bought acid pro 7 and ez keys. …
I first loaded it on my desktop system and everything worked but the system was
only 2 gig and kept running really slow so I decided to use it on my laptop and it
works in standalone mode but it will not load into acid. Tried reloading it too.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I believe that Acid Pro 7 is a 32-bit DAW so you will need to make sure to use the 32-bit EZkeys.
