Why it doesn’t let me add the 7 to the sus 2 Chord ” for example when i click on D sus 2 and i try to add a 7 it takes away my D sus 2 and make it a D minor 7
”what im trying to make here is a D7 sus 2 which is a chord that used a lot ”
or for another example when i click on C major 7 and i try to add a sus 2 to my C major 7 it doesn’t let me do it
what im trying to make here is a C Major 7 sus 2 which is a chord that is used a lot
i think the chord extension functionality can be a little better a lot of times when i try to make my chord and add a extension it turns it into something else
this is a great program a very good upgrade from to previous EZ Keys i just think the Chord Wheel needs to be improved to allow us to add the extension we want to add
without Ez keys turning it into what it wants to turn it into but besides that everything else works inside of EZ KEYS is great Toontrack great job!!
On the left side of the Chord Wheel is a small keys icon. Click on that and add any notes to the chord you want.
I started with the D7 chord and then added the E and removed the 3rd (from the ‘keys icon’ window) and done.
Or…
Click on the Chord Wheel pencil icon in the center and type “D7sus2”.
