EZ Electronic upgrade no install

Hello,
the Electronic Exp pack is installed and works. I only see the “old school” drum pad layout. Like a graph with square pads. I don’t find the new green, spacey alien looking user pads. I believe this is the upgrade? My upgrade I download from your site will not install. It tells me it can’t find the path or it’s not the right original program. I’ve installed MANY other EZ packs, midi packs etc no problems.

Are you using Superior 2 for loading the EZX?
In Superior 2, the EZX graphics can’t be used since they’re static, so loading it in EZdrummer will give you the “alien” skin.

Yes, I use Superior 2, not EZdrummer. Does this mean I can’t use the upgrade? What am I missing with the upgrade not installed? Very impressed with your level of service. That and your great products will keep me coming back! Thanks very much!
