Hi Steve,

could you please elaborate?

Which OS and version are you using? If you’re on windows, are you trying to launch the 32-bit or 64-bit version?

What does the Product Manager tell you in the Installation info tab for EZdrummer 2?

Have you rebooted your computer post installation?
