Can’t seem to open EZ Drummer anymore. Every time I try and run the programme I get an error message stating: “We’re sorry EZdrummer has crashed”. Then another one saying “Runtime error. This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way”
What is wrong and how can I fix this?!
We will need much more info.
What version number is EZD, DAW and version number, OS version, etc?

Hi, Its EZD2 running on Windows 10 and the DAW is Reaper version 5.311. Since posting this initial problem I have uninstalled EZ Drummer and then re-installed it. I can now open the EZ Drummer 2 software (stand alone and plug in) but it now says “This version is not the latest installed on your system. Contact suppert for more information” – this pop up on the “search menu”.
Any ideas?
Apologies – found an update download and ran that and it seems to be working OK again now. Sorry. Not sure what caused it to go wrong in the first place though as it was working fine a couple of days ago.
ezdrummer 2, not sure what I did but suddenly I can’t open, Launch icon in Macbook Launch has disappeared. I find toontrack folder in applications but documentation file is empty. it Keeps acting like its downloading and installed but here’s what it tells me in Product Manager. Please help.
