Older install discs won’t install on newer OSs. The solution is to log into your Toontrack account and go to your My Products and download the full product installer for your product. Unzip and run the installer. Also download the latest updates.

Also, I haven’t heard any official word from Toontrack when they’ll official support Windows 10. As of yet, it isn’t officially supported. I can’t say if EZD1 will ever be officially supported because it is a discontinued product. But the above solution should fix the error message.

I did that and got the same error report.

interesting thing is I loaded my Photoshop and Illustrator 10 back on to my computer and I ran into no problems and those disks are over 10 years old, closer to 15 years old. seems to be specific to EZ1 and Windows 10. still looking for answers. thanks for your help.

Well, I don’t think that EZD1 is going to get any further updates to support Windows 10.

When you unzip and run the download, can you post a pic of that error?
