    If you’re not using the 64-bit version of EZD, but using the 32-bit version instead, then yes, bit bridging causes problems and is not recommended. The latest update for EZD has both 32-bit and 64-bit installers. Updates are available from your EZD product page under the Updates tab.

    that update seems tp be a full version (maybe an updated version) of ez drummer
    do i uninstall the version i have on my pc first (from disk) before installing update ?

    The EZD update in the Updates tab is around 40mb. It’s not the full version installer.

    It’s similarly located like in the pic below. The pic below shows EZD2 but the location of the updates are similar.

    You can apply updates over the full version you have installed

    I uninstalled Everything..then installed ez drummer from disk then the 64 bit update…no change,,,
    The interphase does load into my Daw..along with the sounds, but when I go to drag them onto the track,
    An error message appears” cannot locate files”
    After that..i cannot get any sound from it at all…am I supposed to do a custom install of the ez drummer into program files rather than letting go into program files (86).?
    Also…do I need to install the 32 bit update before the 64 bit?

    What’s the version number that shows on the EZD interface?

    It’s working correctly now…I’m able to drag beats into the tracks…not sure what happened…maybe PC needed to reboot…
