Just installed EZDrummer on my macbook pro. Have Garageband 11. Connected my Yamaha DTXPlorer to my mac. Bass drum triggers a snare roll thru the EZD VST in Garageband. Standalone player works fine. What am I missing?
EZdrummer is only supported for E-drum use together with Toontrack solo. Toontrack solo can remap and adjust data being sent from your Yamaha module in real-time. When you use EZdrummer with Garageband, this does not happen.
If you need full E-drum support in any host/DAW, I recommend upgrading to Superior 2.
