Ez Drummer will not apply the selected midi device

When I go into Settings>Audio/Midi setup>Midi Device, select my midi device, and Click apply and ok. It Doesn’t actually apply the midi device. I go back to the same settings and the Midi device I previously selected will be unselected again. The apply/ok buttons seem to be not working maybe? Please help I’m screaming. Thank you.

Not a sure shot, but…

See if anything else is accessing that midi controller and disconnect it or deselect it.

I’ve got an old MPD18. When I launch the software to map it out, EZD2 will see, select it, but never hang onto it. Just as you described.

I need to launch my editing software, do my mapping without EZD2. Close editing software, before launching EZD2.
