EZ Drummer No Longer Showing Up In Logic Pro

EZ Drummer is no longer showing up as an instrument option in Logic Pro X. EZ Bass, EZ Keys and Superior Drummer 3 are all there. I tried installing EZ Drummer 3 and then reinstalling it on my computer but that made no difference in Logic.

Open up the plug-in manager in Logic. If you do not see it there, you might have to do a custom reinstall with the AU selected.

it is also a possibility that you may have to clear your AU cache as it might be corrupt.

Thanks. That was helpful.

EZ Drummer 3 was listed as “not validated due to internal error.” After I reset and rescanned it showed as successfully validated but not as instrument. So I restarted Logic. Still not EZ Drummer 3 as an instrument. But, after I turned off “use” for all Toontrack plugins in the plugin manager and then reopened the plugin manager and selected “use” all of the Toontrack products showed up as instruments.
