EZ Drummer Nashville and Anericana EFX ‘Greyed Out’ in Sound Libraries.

I am new to EZ Drummer. I purchased EZ Drummer 2 and added the Americana and Nashville EFX packages. I downloaded both EFX and installed without incident. When I click on Menu then Sound Libraries, the EFX shows but is greyed out and cannot be selected. I see the same results in Standalone or plug-in format. I don’t find anything in the forum for this issue.

Running Intel i7 at 3.6 GHZ
Win 7 SP1
16GB Ram.
Pro Tools 11.1.2

Instead of the dropdown Menu, trying clicking on the big, orange-ish button shown below in this illustration

It turns out there is another Authorize step accessed by using your suggestion. Seems to be working as expected. Thanks so much for your help!!
