Not enough memory
“You are running a 32-bit version of EZdrummer.Because of this there is a limit to the total amount of sounds EZdrummer instances can load.
Please unload drums or other instances of EZdrummer and try again.”

How many instances of EZD are you running? Are you running the 32-bit version?

Metalheads – Drun Riffe – Metal Machine – Cockatail – Drumkit from Hell
Also my account it doesnt show all my products thats why i can’t update Metalheads (?????????)
Well, if you’re running all of those instances of EZdrummer at the same time, then yes, you will run out of memory when running the 32-bit EZdrummer. Please give more details about your system (what OS, what DAW, whether you are using 64 or 32-bit versions of EZdrummer, etc.)
I’ve checked your account and all of those products are listed including Metalheads EZX.
If they aren’t showing in your account, make sure you’ve clicked the ‘Show all products’ button under your EZdrummer line of products.

Thanks for your support
Which host are you using? According to that message, you are using a 32-bit host, so even though your OS environment is 64-bit you would still be limited to how much sounds can be loaded (compared to a 64-bit host).

Pro Tools 9
Even though you have 8GB, Pro Tools 9 will only allow you address 4GB of storage within the confines of the application. Chances are between PT 9 itself, any other plug-ins you might be running and all those instance of EZD in one session, you could very well run out of memory. Try creating a new session and add them one by one, starting with the one that’s most important to you. You should be able to determine where the limit is and then figure if you can live with the instances you have up to that point.

EZdrummer version: 2.1.7
Operating system: Windows 10
First step would be to use the Toontrack Product Manager and update EZD2 to the latest version (2.2.0).
