EZ DRUMMER INSTALL DISASTER HELP!

To Whom it may concern.

I purchased a box version of EZ Drummer. While trying to Load Installers from DVD, got Error message: file missing. Called dealer. Registered and authorized online. Downloaded from site, transfered file to DAW (I was assured this would work) Installers loaded. Tried to open EZDrummer Computer ID window pops up. Put Code from dealer/registered code in. EZDRUMMER Authorization Failed! I have spent about 5 hours working on this. Pretty bogus, not at all happy here. Shouldnt be such a hassle. Unless immediate resolution product will be returned.

Tried to open EZDrummer Computer ID window pops up. Put Code from dealer/registered code in.

The code from the dealer would be the serial number and not the authorization code.
