If I now register a new copy of EZdrummer (I already own one instance of EZdrummer) to my account, will that be eligible for the free upgrade to EZ Drummer 2? Can I register many instances of the same product?
A registered new copy should be just that, so I see no problem

I recently purchased EZD1 (April 24)
It is likely that it will arrive by mail after the release of EZD2. If this is the case and I cannot register my product until then, will I still be eligible for the free upgrade to EZD2??

Yes, If you get your EZdrummer 1 after May 6th please send an email to Support (i.e not the forum) with a picture of your receipt. We will take care of the rest.

Michael, will this be valid for all users? I also bought a hardware copy of EZ Drummer 1 (last week), hoping it would get here before May 5, but it looks like it will arrive on the 6 or 7th only. Will i still be eligible for the free upgrade if I register it on May 7?

I have a registered copy of EZD 1 bought in April. In my account the EZD2 is listed as ‘unauthorised’. I should be eligible for the free upgrade – will this be authorised today please?

HI Peter,
Yes, EZDrummer 2 should be listed as un authorized if you have not yet downloaded and installed and authorized EZdrummer 2. EZDrummer 2 however is now available for download. Please login to your account and click My Account > My products > EZDrummer 2 > Download.

I got the email this morning that ezdrummer 2 is availible. I already have ezdrummer 1, so I was waiting for the upgrade.
When I log in and go to My Products, it doesn’t show the ezdrummer 2 upgrade. How does this work?
