EZ Drummer and Superior Drummer Mappings

Are the midi mappings for EZ Drummer, EZ Drummer 2 and Superior Drummer the same?

For the most part, both EZD and S2 follow GM mapping. S2 and it’s SDX libraries, having more articulations, will use different mapping for some off is articulations. Where possible, all Toontrack MIDI will play back fine using both EZD2 and S2.
