I’m using a TD-20 kit and I’m not able to get a rim only sound (just head and rimshot). Is there some trick on the TD2o or EZD3 side that will allow for independent rim-only sounds?
EZdrummer version: 3.0.6 Operating system: Windows 11
The nearest I can find is side stick. The graphic shows only the rim being hit, and there’s more of a click than with rimshots. F#8 is one of the mappings for it.
Ultimately, you’d want head, rim only, rimshot, and zone (center to rim). I’m just not sure how/where to set that up- either on the TD-20, EZD– or if it’s even possible.
