EZ Drummer 3 playing on its own?? HELP

    Do you have MIDI on any other instrument track in the session? Could you check to make sure that there’s no instrument output set to EZDrummer 3, aside from the one that has EZDrummer inserted on it.

    Pro Tools is notorious for getting instrument outputs mixed up or changed to “none”.

    Yeah… I have had the ol’ input/output/midi mix-up happen before in PT.  I did check that the correct input was inline (and it was).  Luckily I wasn’t too far into my drum track, so I just deleted the whole drum track in PT and started a new one, and it is fine now.  But I would have really been PO’d if I’d been further along.  Thanks for the suggestion it was a solid one!
