EZ Drummer 3 Failing

I was really looking forward to using some of the new kits in EZ Drummer 3. I use it mostly for live work these days, having a suite of drum sounds from my EZX’s. I have discovered that it will not process Program Change messages, which effectively renders it useless for me.

In the pre-launch walkthrough video, it was said that nothing had been taken out from EZ Drummer 2, only good things added. I would like to hear from Toontrack on this issue.

EZdrummer version: 3.0.0
Operating system: Windows 10

Thanks for the feedback! We’re are currently looking into the VST3 compatibility of program change and working hard to find the best possible solution. Our goal is to fix it with an update.

Thanks for the reply. Can you plese give me an idea of when the update will be released, as I said, I am currenly unable to use EZ Drummer 3 in a live environment. Thank you.

I can’t make any promises until it’s properly implemented and tested, but our goal is to include this in an update as soon as possible.
