Hello, I am trying to download the EZ drummer Core...

Hello,

I am trying to download the EZ drummer Core Library Update and I keep receiving this message:

One or more required files are missing. you’re library seems damaged. You will need to re-install the full product update before applying this update.

I have re-installed the EZ drummer software, but keep getting this message when trying to install the core library.

Same Problem here

Its installing any additional content (like core library and infinity grid) but then it looks like nothing happened and i can reinstall again…. Deinstalled and tried again.. nothing works

Have you installed Toontrack Product Manager? (not running it from the Toontrack website)
Have you installed EZD3 from Toontrack Product Manager?

What version of EZD3 have you installed? Have you applied all updates?

What environment are you running on, Windows, Mac? What version?

What error message are you getting?

How did you “deinstall”? What did you “deinstall”?

Is the same thing happening standalone and plug-in from a DAW?
